4 Food Can Increase Breast


Some food can increase the levels of hormones such as estrogen and prolactin, which may increase directly the size and shape of the breast tissue. Here are some foods that can help enhance breasts:




1. Know
Tofu is a source of isoflavones, compounds such as estrogen hormones which may affect the human body. National Institutes of Health (NIH) recognizes the use of soy as breasts penmbesar theoretical, but the use is entirely based on tradition and theory.


2. Milk
All dairy products containing reproductive hormones which are identical to those found in the human body. Cow's milk contains natural estrogen, progesterone, prolactin, which are essential for milk production in mammals.

Traces of hormones found in milk is unlikely to produce radical changes in the human body, but at least it can contribute to the growth of breast tissue.


3. Fennel
Fennel is used as a vegetable and herbs growing in the eastern Mediterranean. According to the Journal of Ethnopharmacology, fennel contains compounds dianethole photoanethole and drugs that may alter levels of estrogen in the human body.

The seeds of this plant has a characteristic sweet taste, with a slightly sharp flavor. Besides being used as a spice, there is also traditionally used to stimulate milk flow in nursing mothers.



4. Liquorice (licorice)
NIH reports that licorice root can increase the levels of estrogen and prolactin, two hormones associated with breastfeeding and breast growth.

Although there are no long term studies on the effectiveness of food to enlarge breasts, but some women have turned to estrogenic foods as an inexpensive alternative to cosmetic surgery and natural.

Estrogen diet in moderation is generally safe, but experts including Dr. Sandhya Pruthi of the Mayo Clinic warns that high doses can cause serious side effects.

Consult your doctor before changing your diet drastically, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
